If you simply need to know how to top up the Paradigm account card of your loved one, please call the WelComE Customer Contact Centre (WCCC) on +44 (01438) 282121. Paradigm will need the following information from you:

• The name and rank of account holder
• Paradigm account card number
• Your own debit/credit card details
